About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Representing BYJU'S in on-ground activities in specific colonies or mohallas
2. Planning and scheduling door-to-door routes
3. Following up door-to-door interactions with phone calls
4. Convincing people of the benefits of certain products and services
5. Interacting with customers/parents in such activities to generate leads by convincing them to book a free home demo
6. Filling in forms with customers and completing all administrative tasks
7. Monitoring sales activities and proactively taking necessary action to re-direct efforts as needed
8. Developing rapport with customers
9. Asking potential customers questions to ascertain their potential needs
10. Reporting feedback from customers to management
11. Complying with all operational and regulatory rules
12. Ensuring the confidentiality of private customer information
13. Managing campaigns and campaign performance
14. Managing all on ground door to door activities
