We are primarily looking for self-motivated, diligent, hardworking interns with entrepreneurial zeal for UP region who will be responsible for business development.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling business development of the company by making new dealers and distributors for the allocated region
2. Building business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors
3. Handling smooth functioning of the supply chain and ensuring that the ordered goods reach to the respective distributors and dealers in the area
4. Identifying business opportunities by finding new prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
5. Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, dealers, and distributors and recommend solutions pertaining to their problems
6. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending them product solutions of the company as well
7. Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
8. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Note: If the performance of the candidate meets the company's expectation candidates are very likely to be hired on a permanent basis.

3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Basti, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Faizabad, Gonda and neighboring cities

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sales).
