This internship will be in the sales department of a real estate project.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on lead management, client database management, and client follow-ups
2. Handling sales inquiries and converting them into sales to achieve targets
3. Identifying the prospect customers by understanding their needs
4. Following-up of all the leads provided by the marketing team
5. Maintaining accurate & detailed customer records
6. Developing & maintaining a good relation with channel partners
7. Developing & maintaining good relations with existing customers for reference sales
8. Reporting accurately to management on all matters that affect sales

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
