The objective of BTL marketing is to generate leads through on-ground activities. We identify potential customer touch-points, for eg. residential apartments, corporates, tech parks, colleges, etc. In this setup, upGrad representatives will interact with potential customers to generate leads by convincing them to book a free career counseling session.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visiting malls/tech parks and onboarding them for the campaigns
2. Working with agencies in planning and executing the campaigns
3. Representing upGrad across various BTL campaigns in residential apartments, malls, corporates, tech parks, etc.
4. Making sure all operational and branding parameters are met as per campaign requirements
5. Interacting with potential customers and convincing them to register for a free counseling session
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 10th Sep'21 and 15th Oct'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Must be able to work 6 days a week for 8 hours a day (weekends working).
