Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing, planning & managing the implementation of the overall marketing strategy at MCA
2. Analyzing current and previous marketing activities to identify patterns, trends, and theories and strategizing on moving forward on key patterns as a manager at MCA
3. Supporting the sponsorship and sales teams to enable them to meet and exceed their own revenue targets
4. Maintaining and following the MCA KRA
5. Managing, coaching, mentoring marketing executives, and ensuring high productivity is maintained within the department
6. Working closely with the project heads/directors and sales ensuring the best coordination to reach the organization's goals and objectives
7. Making sure MCA is filled with quality work throughout & giving closer focus on performance and establishing SLA reporting with operations team and client, deliver as agreed upon with the client
8. Reviewing and interpreting information to proactively identify and resolve issues
