Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales intern who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
2. Meeting planned sales goals
3. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
4. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
5. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
6. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
7. Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

4. are from or open to relocate to Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and neighboring cities

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 200000 /year
