Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in all aspects of the mall management including but not limited to leasing and tenant relations, business planning and financial management, facilities and operational management, inspection, and safety functions
2. Regularly interact on calls with various brands as assigned to work on and personal meetings along with senior staff whenever required facilitating early closures
3. Prepare and update leasing database, reports including tenant's profile, offer letters, tenancy agreements, daily correspondences, proposals, legal documents, etc.
4. Keep track all deadline and progress report for tenancy agreement, lease negotiations, offer, and legal matters
5. Attend to walk-in and telephone inquiries on leasing and retail lots
6. Work on prospecting for new and interesting retail concepts to improve tenant mix
7. Conduct market research on shopping malls in order to keep abreast of the current retail trends in the market for benchmarking purposes
8. Support in the planning and implementation of tenancy mix in the retail mall
9. Assist various clients in coordinating on renovation and fit-out matters including timely submission of renovation plans, drawings, and perspective in accordance with standard guidelines
10. Facilitate the compliance of all technical requirement prior to the commencement of business by the tenants
