Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the products of Indiaforensic and explaining
2. Handling course inquiries from the clients and professionals via email and phone
3. Making calls for lead generation and promotion for Indiaforensic
4. Educating the clients and professionals about various certification courses provided by Indiaforensic and making the clients understand which is the best course certification course for them
5. Emailing the information brochures to the clients
6. Following up with the clients through emails and calls
7. Handling customer queries
8. Maintaining records and database
9. Maintaining feedback and status on the inquiry
10. Helping the clients to get enrolled for the courses
11. Sharing application forms with the interested professionals and clients
12. Checking on the payment status of the clients
13. Handling post enrolment activities sending documents, study materials, etc. to the enrolled clients and professionals
