Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Approach schools to organize workshops and events
2. Discuss the whereabouts and the particulars about the event
3. Negotiate the pricing and commercials involved in organizing the event
4. Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
5. Come up with suggestions to enhance the event s success
6. Prepare budgets and ensure registration
7. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
8. Find event sponsors
9. Coordinate all operations
10. Lead promotional activities for the event
11. Approve all aspects before the day of the event
12. Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
13. Analyze the event s success and prepare reports
