Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as one point contact to coordinate the collection, description, analysis, and prioritization of requests for projects
2. Handle production, documentation, and planning with production manager
3. Oversee the work of all the staff engaged, to ensure all shots are properly executed according to the specifications and requirements
4. Ensure that the time log of the team on the ground and record overtime if any
5. Participate in any/all technical activities of the organization & maintain the daily & weekly progress report
6. Thoroughly test the application prior to the event and proactively monitor all campaigns for both delivery and performance
7. Install application and patching activities in accordance with the planned format
8. Approve all aspects 2 days before the day of the event and escalate issues during the course of production
9. Track, coordinate, implement and resolve all identified technical issues related to production and ensure that production milestones and timelines are met
10. Plan the event from start to finish according to the requirements, target audience and objectives
11. Ensure delivery of the footage to the post-production team
12. Plan and execute on ground/BTL (below the line) activations from start to end and ensure to share events summary with the reporting manager on a daily basis, for the ongoing shoot/events
13. Come up with suggestions to enhance the event s success
