1. Must have a laptop/desktop and a high level of familiarity with how to use it

2. Language skills - English - proficient level (medium of instruction at school/college level must have been English)

3. Pursuing or completed graduation - preferred candidates pursuing post-graduation or completed post-graduation

4. Preference for candidates from arts/humanities stream - especially for program listing database, candidates should have an education background in streams like social work, political science, geography, economics, journalism, or mass communication
