Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Execute campaigns for user retention
2. Work on content management on our various flagship applications
3. Work on experimenting with content strategies to increase traction on the app
4. Work on collecting user feedback
5. Report daily tasks, activities, user feedback to the content and tech team
What does the intern learn from the internship?
Get into the real action where you interact directly with our user database and learn their behavior to design in-app campaigns to experiment with user psychology. Get a hands-on experience of the startup industry and how to attract the eyes of angel investors and venture capitalists. Chase the new startup trend of being vernacular and design effective new strategies to bring growth in our products through content campaigns.

We are a social medium catering strictly to Indian internet users. Fiva has been built to empower the latest internet users of India and allow them to share their own content, in their own languages. This has multiple aspects to it. For one, it provides a social platform for everyone to share content ranging from humor and devotion to politics and regional updates.
The idea is for individuals to follow each other along with personalities on our platform. This not only gives these personalities a greater context with their local followers but also a ground check clock on local sentiments. Second, it allows individuals from various corners, who have moved away from their motherland because of work or other opportunities, to be connected to updates from their own social circle(s).
