I am the founder of My Inner Courtyard - an organization focused on spreading awareness about mental health issues through personal coaching, workshops, and education.
Our target audiences are individuals with psychological issues like trauma, anxiety, and depression, therapists - who want to expand their skill sets by learning new techniques, parents - who need to understand their role in bringing up emotionally strong children, and schools - who want to include emotional and social learning skills in their curriculum.
Apart from being a therapist and an emotional coach, I am also the founder of Middle Earth HR, which is one of the largest training companies in the world. My expertise in the field of instructional design and training principles is helping me in this endeavor.
