Mechanical Design Engineering (Thermo-Fluids) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working with the founding team on electric vehicle's battery pack cooling/thermals, vehicle aerodynamics
2. Working closely with the electrical systems team for design, development, and testing of electrical systems from the perspective of thermals
3. Supporting on 3D CAD design for the electrical/electronic components, packaging the same most efficiently, and taking care of mechanical integration of various electrical sub-systems in the vehicle
4. Using CAD and CAE techniques like FEA and CFD to achieve any given objective
5. Working on the prototyping of mechanical subsystems and components
6. Owning the design from the concept stage to production
7. Handling the quality, deliverables, and cost management of the assigned tasks
8. Getting involved in the design and implementation of product test benches
9. Traveling to deal with vendors and suppliers of different requirements
