1. Proficient in any of the following: Siemens NX, CoCreate, One Space Designer, Solid Designer, Pro/E, or SolidWorks
2. Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets
3. A highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and ideally a member of a professional institution
