Mechanical Engineering (Product Design & Development) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the existing ideas & concepts (already developed by us) based on the product design & development
2. Develop CAD (Computer-aided design) for the product
3. Design failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) & failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) calculations
4. Actively interact with the end users and convert their inputs to insights
5. Interact with and procure the required materials and components of the product from the suppliers
6. Find and collaborate with designers and vendors for prototyping, and later commercial production
7. Generate detailed reports for the development process, the principles, techniques, and methods applied during product development
8. Engage in CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing)
9. Support the existing team to develop R&D (research & development) infrastructure
