About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop concepts in line with the product innovation strategy, insight strategy and ideation strategy
2. Work with emerging technologies, innovation, and opportunities
3. Develop concepts into a commercially viable product offering
4. Work on preparation and documentation of final new product development, handover package in the form of source data on the design rules
5. Work on the development of a proof of concept and prototype models
6. Identify new product and system solutions for all-terrain vehicles
7. Clear communication about the status, challenges, and risks for product design
8. Play a vital role in innovation and agile execution of the product development roadmap

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 13th Aug'22 and 17th Sep'22

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Bachelors in mechanical, mechatronics, or aeronautical engineering

2. Should have 0 to 3 years of experience in the design field in the automotive sector or related fields

3. Should have good knowledge of 3-D design software (Knowledge in Creo is an added advantage)

4. Should have knowledge in simulation software like ANSYS or HYPER MESH

5. Should be technically strong and should have good knowledge in hand calculation

6. Knowledge of complex mechanisms

7. Should have good knowledge of vehicle dynamics (knowledge of suspensions, steering, brake, and powertrain systems is an added advantage)

8. Have good problem-solving capabilities
