Selected Candidate's Day to Day responsibilities include:

1.Content Creation- Need at least 3 posts a day including but not limited to memes promoting the brand, informative reels about the brand and miscellaneous posts/graphics.
2.Content Posting- Apart from generating the content, have to maintain timely posting with relevant hashtags that bring in more organic reach.
3.Work closely with the founders and manage the brand outreach by engaging across various social media platforms.
4. Sometimes you might be needed in office to perform some field work, so should be ready to come to office when required.

Skills and Requirement:

1.A strong sense of humour is a must, you should be able to create posts that are quick to draw attention to the brand and leave the audience wanting for more.
2.Good interpersonal skills is also preferred, you may have to reach out to various influencers and other brands to promote our brand and get them onboard with us!
3.Have to be well acquainted with current trends and news and culture to create relevant posts about the same.
4.Should be confident in speaking to others and have a convincing nature.
5.Candidates who have experience in Social Media Marketing and Management will be preferred.
