Join the powerhouse team at Bella Babe by SK, one of India's leading luxury loungewear brands. As our PR & media intern, you'll be deeply involved in high-impact projects, including our upcoming partnership with Miss India 2025 and influencer-led campaigns. This is a high-energy role where no two days look the same- perfect for someone who thrives in the spotlight and behind the scenes.
A. Miss India event coordination:
1. Assist the PR team in planning and executing Bella Babe's role as a brand partner for the Miss India event.
2. Coordinate with event managers, stylists, models, and production teams regarding deliverables and brand representation.
3. Attend meetings, take detailed follow-ups, and ensure brand visibility tasks are on track.
B. Influencer & model collaborations (barter & paid):
1. Reach out to influencers, models, and content creators on a daily basis for potential collaborations.
2. Manage barter and paid partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
3. Negotiate deliverables, briefs, timelines, and contracts under the guidance of the senior team.
4. Maintain a tracker of incoming pitches, live campaigns, and performance updates.
C. Public relations & brand outreach:
1. Draft and send brand press releases, event announcements, and media invites.
2. Support in reaching out to fashion publications, digital editors, stylists, and podcast teams.
3. Assist in curating brand press kits and digital media decks.
D. Social + digital media sync:
1. Coordinate between the content and PR team for reposting influencer content and amplifying collabs.
2. Track what's trending and suggest new creators or events Bella Babe should engage with.
3. Support in Instagram DM outreach and influencer gifting initiatives.
E. Brand building & representation:
Be a point-of-contact for influencers and creators during brand shoots or events.
Represent the brand with class, warmth, and confidence in all external communications.
Think on your feet and bring fresh ideas for brand buzz and organic PR.

Other requirements
1. Students or recent graduates from fashion communication, journalism, mass media, public relations, or marketing backgrounds.
2. Candidates currently studying in or alumni of fashion schools, journalism colleges, or media institutes.
3. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Should be comfortable speaking on behalf of the brand and handling external communication with influencers, media partners, and event collaborators.
5. Someone who’s excited about fashion, influencer culture, and the behind-the-scenes of luxury branding.
6. Must be proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership of tasks during high-impact events like Miss India.
7. A plus if you have prior experience in PR, influencer marketing, or media outreach.
