About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle medical inquiries received from patients, referral partners, and ministries of health worldwide
2. Channelize queries to network hospitals and request for feedbacks/quick turnaround for a medical opinion
3. Provide medical updates to our payors and patients
4. Follow up with dedicated phone calls according to the set timelines
5. Coordinate with patient's logistics (travel, accommodation, transportation, appointments, and special requests)

Who can apply

Added requirements

1. Degree - Physician's assistant/ MBBS/BDS/B. Pharma/BAMS (MBA/MHA will be an added advantage)

2. Convent educated candidates will be preferred

3. Proficiency in English; second language a plus

4. Understanding of medical terminology

5. Flair for writing

6. MS Office

7. Discretion with personal and confidential information Candidate must be flexible and organized to meet the demands of our growing organization

8. Should be patient care oriented

9. The candidate shall have a cheery disposition and impeccable organizational skills
