1. Must have a strong understanding of object-oriented technology
2. Experience in performance tuning, load testing, deployments, and QA

4. Must be proficient in development environments, debugging tools, and source control systems
5. Must have experience in cross platform development, must have worked in products or technologies that have scalable, and sustainable architectures
