Ila is a social enterprise redefining how talent is activated to create social impact. We work with businesses to implement human-centered solutions to foster inclusion while empowering survivors of gender-based violence. Ila means the power of speech. We chose this name because we want to inspire people all around the world to raise their voices and help us shape the world our generation wants to live in.
Our work includes gender equality advisory & content creation (co-creating customized gender-sensitive solutions), organizing socially impactful networking events & providing survivors of gender-based violence with skills training to achieve financial independence. Since its inception, Ila has worked with brands like Google, Unilever, UN Women, The London School of Economics & WeWork. Currently, we are working on an application to combat domestic violence.
