Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicate and tell stories with animations
2. Understand, conceptualize, and create storyboards for micro-animations and animations before the final animation
3. Work alongside UI/UX designers to enhance the experience of digital products
4. Identify opportunities where motion design would enhance the user experience in digital solutions
5. Create high-quality, creative, and innovative animations in 2D and/or 3D

Requirements:

1. Proven motion design experience and a diverse portfolio to showcase one's work
2. Strong storytelling skills and a solid foundation in the fundamentals of visual and motion design
3. Display the ability to work in different styles
4. Proficient in software like Adobe After Effects (presets and plugins), Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
5. A keen eye for design aesthetics and details
6. Able to articulate ideas, both written and spoken, to drive impact
7. Good communication skills
8. Ability to work methodically and meet work in a fast-paced environment
9. The ability to create illustrations will be a plus
10. Prior experience with product companies or digital products will be a plus
11. Degree/Certification in design, fine arts, or a related field is a plus
