MT Innovation Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help plan, design, and execute innovation initiatives across Network Services Business (NSB)
2. Work extensively with the NSB Project Head, to drive business propositions that enable Sterlite to stay ahead of the industry
3. Create, publish and evangelize success stories internally
4. Identify, research and align objectives of large domestic/international conferences
5. Identify and work with Leadership to gain and share intellect by being a panel member
6. Plan and execute roundtable with Services players | Hosting and knowledge sharing basis theme
7. Support and drive innovation methodologies absorbed from the external ecosystem and institute best practices within Sterlite, in coordination with business units/champions to implement various initiatives and cross-pollinate best practices
8. Identify, maintain and publish knowledge currency (trends and business/operating models) and an understanding of the industry
