About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate between support and development teams to ensure effective delivery of monitoring services to the end-user
2. Stay abreast of the latest monitoring technology and trends
3. Work on fast-paced team planning; delivering, and maintaining multiple simultaneous project workloads
4. Support the service delivery goals for operational availability and performance of the monitoring systems
5. Work on the deployment of new products and services
6. Work on the management of false positives and negatives
7. Configure, release, and change management
