5. Work closely with the founders to build product features and drive & execute strategies
6. Develop a deep understanding of the technology stack used in Web3 projects
7. Stay up to date with the fast-changing tech & tooling landscape in crypto
8. Develop a network within the crypto-focused developer community
Skills & requirements:
1. Excellent practical knowledge of JavaScript, React, CSS3, Next.js, Web3.js, etc.
2. Comfortable working with TypeScript, Node.js, Hardhat, Docker, Solidity, React Native, etc.
3. Familiarity with databases and full-stack frameworks (Node.js/Express, CSS, HTML, Typescript)
4. A strong software engineer picking up Next.js/React, Tailwind CSS, and styled-components
