Office Assistance Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Running business errands, personal errands and maintaining ongoing business/work files for CEO and office members
2. Providing executive and administrative support to the manager in all required tasks
3. Acting as a mediator between external clients and customers, employees and the manager to convey information
4. Attending phone calls and taking messages on behalf of the manager
5. Screening emails and letters that are received before passing them to the manager if necessary
6. Scheduling appointments and set up venues for the same
7. Coordinating all travel arrangements when required
8. Taking notes and minutes of meetings

Note: This is a full-time internship and female candidates are preferred.
