About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential or existing students/customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2. Answer questions about products or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Enter and update customer information in the database
5. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
6. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
