About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attend customer queries for the business
2. Manage customer queries from social media platforms and handle chat/emails
3. Follow-up with existing clients to get feedback
4. Help resolve complicated customer complaints
5. Generate customer service reports weekly
6. Address all customer grievances
7. Ensure order fulfillment
8. Communicate any problems or issues to management for resolution
9. Work closely with the founding team to help make the product better
10. Build the ability to grow and work with the core team in the long run
