About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Actively review user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints
2. Handle daily responses to ORM queries
3. Gather insights through social media listening and report it
4. Track, analyze and make recommendations to account for new or revised content
5. Getting reviews on Amazon, Instagram, Google & Facebook
6. Connect and follow up with influencers
7. Coordinate with influencers for video testimonials and products reviews on Instagram and YouTube
8. Partner with the influencer manager to form launch strategies and goals for each product/influencer
