1. Monitor, review user comments, suggestions, feedback, complaints across social handles, platforms manually, and use the related tools wherever possible
2. Connect, converse, engage with the target audience on digital platforms & across, on behalf of the brand thereby attending response management
3. Respond to negative comments, feedbacks, redressing complaints/grievances within the specified turn-around time thus making the user journey with the brand worthwhile
4. Create brand awareness by primary means of addressing user queries and maintaining the brand reputation by changing the perception of people online
5. Acknowledge compliments & showcase the same on-brand social media pages
6. Identify and utilize social listening tools for response management
