About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help build, maintain, salvage, and promote online reputation by engaging in dialogue and answering questions wherever deemed appropriate
2. Ensure timely response to users' queries/concerns on all the social media platforms by marking and maintaining a list of frequently raised concerns and appropriate responses to them
3. Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content relevant to the company
4. Report notable threats to the senior peeps
