We are looking for a proactive, organized, and all around savvy individual who is looking to learn and grow within a well known non profit organization in the field of blood donation whose main focus is to maximise the impact in the blood donation field. In this role you will shadow and assist founder Chethan Gowda in various tasks, including but not limited to attending meetings, reading and responding to business contacts and inquiries, helping him manage his many commitments, and running point on special projects and generally lending a hand wherever needed. You will be exposed to every aspect of building and maintaining a thriving healthcare project and will need to be willing to learn quickly in order to succeed. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Accompanying the founder to meetings and other off-site engagements
2. Reading and prioritizing email, handling event invites, drafting responses
3. Managing the daily calendar and ensuring no balls are dropped
4. Managing new and existing contacts (including social media requests on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
5. Overseeing the outsourcing of all travel plans, errands, and other necessary reservations
6. Performing analysis and providing a research-supported perspective where needed
7. Performing administrative tasks as designated
8. Doing special projects as assigned
9. Supporting and coordinating between different departments and teams
