Operations (Customer Support) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and humble attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding clearly to customer inquiries, and getting feedback
3. Communicating with customers through various social media and communication
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints quickly
5. Knowing our products and inventory thoroughly so that you can handle queries appropriately
6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
8. Communicating and coordinating with team members of other departments as necessary
9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
10. Managing a team of customer service interns
11. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
12. Performing additional organization duties as requested
