Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acting as the point of contact among managers, employees, clients and other external partners
2. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
3. Managing manager s calendars and set up meetings
4. Making travel and accommodation arrangements
5. Racking daily employee activities and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
6. Taking minutes during the meetings
7. Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
8. Organizing and maintaining the office filing system
