About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle Walk-in guests & vendors
2. Attend incoming and outgoing calls, receive, direct and reply to telephone messages
3. Maintain Attendance Register and conveyance sheet
4. Coordinate with HR team to schedule interviews
5. Maintain list of candidates and record status of interview
6. Manage conference room for meetings
7. Handle inward and outward couriers
8. Monitor staff and visitors movements in and out of organization
9. Maintain discipline and decorum at reception
10. Welcome guests and greet them
