About AlmaShines Technologies Private Limited (http://www.almashines.com):
AlmaShines is a fast growing Ahmedabad based online educational networking service, founded by 3 IIT Kanpur alumni. We are working towards transforming the education ecosystem by bringing in a digital revolution and creating smooth and convenient channels for interaction. Currently, we are focusing on creating a channel for institutes to connect with their alumni, by offering them an online platform that helps the institute to reach out to the alumni, engage them, seek their participation and hence create a lot of value for the institutes and its students. We are a very small team of 10 and are working with about 150 top colleges. We love taking challenges and every single day we push our limits to create a world-class company.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work as a business development associate
2. Ensure a smooth onboarding of the clients
3. Build a service plan for client institutions by learning about their requirements as well as expectations
4. Lead the operations team towards successful value delivery for institutions
5. Build operation infrastructure and ensure regular mapping of tasks using various tools and plan their integration with AlmaShines' alumni platform
6. Interact with the decision makers of client institutions seeking their feedback
7. Monitor the user/consumer engagement on the platform and building strategies to grow the same
8. Provide consultancy to client institutions over various alumni management challenges

Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who:
  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 8th Apr'19 and 8th May'19
  3. are available for duration of 4 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements:
  1. Teamwork and problem-solving skills
  2. Ability to build and execute plans
  3. Ability to maintain timelines and deliver projects on deadlines
  4. Result oriented approach
