About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Effectively managing the daily operation of Marathwada SKILLs HUB
2. Overall management and execution for all Skill development projects
3. Coordinating and liaising with Industry representative and officers
4. Liaising with all concerned government department and agencies involved in the implementation of all skill development projects
5. Ensuring proper implementation of all projects and delivery of quality training to apprentices
6. Preparing annually training calendar and training plan
7. Facilitating and coordinating assessment and certification to apprentices

About Chamber Of Marathwada Industries And Agriculture

CMIA is an Industry Association based in Aurangabad. CMIA has 700 + members from various sectors (auto, auto parts manufacturing, pharma, agriculture, seeds, etc ). CMIA has initiated Marathwada SKILLs HUB, a skill development center with an aim to skill and train youth and place them in industries. It also cater sto the skilled manpower requirement of member industries. CMIA is Third Party Agency (TPA) to promote National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and Basic Training Provider (BTP) to give skill training to freshers, looking to seek a job in industries.
