About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end planning and execution of experiments to help grow the community experience for job seekers on our platform
2. Ensure top-notch engagement across all community initiatives
3. Measure and analyze user data to make decisions
4. Interact with the target audience, understand their problems and share user insights
5. Work on co-creating the content with influencers and the content team for community engagement exercises
