About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Finding out all negative keywords associated with the company and its brands
2. Tracking and responding to customer queries and complaints on social media platforms in real-time
3. Escalating to relevant stakeholders
4. Managing trackers, sending reminders, closing loop with stakeholders
5. Preparing & managing multiple reports, working with Excel formulas & various other Excel sheet components for accurate data
6. Reporting and coordinating with the customer service team to get a resolution for all the complaints/queries and ensuring that the response received from the customer service team is posted back on the relevant digital channels within TAT
7. Preparing daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 15th Sep'21 and 20th Oct'21

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Should have internship experience in social media monitoring experience on various digital platforms

2. Should have an excellent understanding of search engine behavior, social media, forums, blogs, rating, and reviews, etc.

3. Should have proven customer handling skills

4. Should have strong research skills

5. Should have good knowledge of social media channels, digital media, and online reputation management

6. Should have basic knowledge of social media/digital listening tools like Hootsuite Insights, etc

7. Should have strong experience in customer engagement, customer grievance management
