Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the front of house operations of the restaurant and work on the strategic development and growth of our restaurant
2. Act as the bridge between the kitchen team and the online aggregators
3. Analyze prices, competition, and the market segment and accordingly advice the operations time of any required changes
4. Have a thorough understanding of our menu thereby helping the takeaway customers with their orders
5. Be actively involved in the direct marketing of the restaurant

Note: The ideal candidate should be confident to approach customers and converse with them, ultimately giving them the experience to remember.
