About the internship

Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify, target, prospect, negotiate & close potential lead and be a single point of interface for all customers
2. Explore new avenues for new business expansion
3. Generate revenue by counselling prospects & converting them to sales
4. Handle escalation against the query raised by clients and manager
5. Handle software to manage leads & data along with daily and fortnight reporting of all performance for the entire division
6. Plan help team to achieve target achievement


Requirements:

1. Any full-time MBA graduate
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking
4. Have general management acumen and is out of the box thinker to solve business problems
5. Aggression to build new business lines and is open to travel extensively (to solve geography specific problems)
6. Self-starter who initiates ideas, drive them to bigger outcomes through experimentation & iterations
7. Exceptional understanding of grammar structure of the target language (and English)
8. Ability to work remotely, using a variety of programs, such as Skype and Google Docs
9. Must possess the ability to meet the stipulated quality of tasks and timelines
10. Driven/motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup & eager to learn and take ownership of assignments
11. Should be an excellent team player
