Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently
2. Assist in developing long-term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set
3. Keep a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers
4. Monitor the condition of the facility and keep a check on environmental performance
5. Work on calls as and when required and maintain a dashboard with accurate data

Desired Skills:

1. Fresher with graduation can be considered
2. Proficient in Advanced Excel (non-negotiable), ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team
3. Strong analytical, coordination, interpersonal, and communication (written & verbal) skills with an eye for detail
4. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify the problems in the organization and suggest the relevant actions to solve them
5. Good leadership skills to effectively convince others on business matters
6. Good in data handling
