About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support customer projects by coordinating the roll-out of assessments/surveys, etc.
2. Create/modify/present reports to clients/internal stakeholders using Microsoft Excel/other tools
3. Reporting: Document the status of all queries received, track them to closure and regularly communicate the status of query resolutions to internal stakeholders
4. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
5. Understand and document all client queries that are received through different communication channels such as calls/emails etc.
6. Resolve client queries, and communicate the resolution, to clients within defined SLAs
7. Ensure smooth project delivery by executing all other operations related tasks
