Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call merchant to schedule a physical visit for training.
2. Manage merchants on a day to day basis, ensuring adherence to our brand policies objectives are achieved
3. Support the merchants to meet with key on-premise accounts within assigned area to develop strong working relationships
4. Help set up the login and password in-case of new merchants, show them the redemption process, provide an overview of managing app redemption's, notification and alerts, etc.
5. Put up nearbuy.com stickers at the outlet; redemption process sticker on redemption desk
6. Present and leverage our brands for increased volume and assist merchants in attaining our goals and objectives
7. Provide monthly market activity report to a supervisor, including a list of objectives, accomplishments, competitive activity, special projects and/or any specific needs
8. Educate merchants and provide effective feedback at on-premise accounts
9. Regular check to understand all our merchants have understood the policies to ensure a seamless customer experience
