1. Assist with daily operational activities
2. Provide assistance with the program s special events and meetings
3. Perform administrative tasks, such as handling queries, scheduling meetings, co-ordination with students, faculty, vendors etc.
4. Maintain schedules for faculty and mentors in the program(s.)
5. Monitor and maintain program records and files, including student and faculty files.
6. Work on record keeping and maintaining confidentiality
7. Support and assist the team members, faculty, and students within the program(s)
8. Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, maintain files, telephone and mailing lists, and necessary office supplies
9. Work on assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues
10. Work on planning and organizing classes, conferences, and events
11. Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports
12. Work on taking care of media on social media platforms
13. Manage attendance reports and records
14. Prepare paperwork, sign-in sheets, copies and classroom materials for instructors
15. Maintain classroom supplies and distributes books
16. Work on other duties as assigned
