MeraPaana aspires to be South East Asia's largest B2B online industry services Platform: - "urban company" for the industry segment. The platform allows industry users (MSMEs) to book reliable and quality service- electrical, plumbing, water treatment, CCTVs repairing/installation, etc. The services are delivered by a set of experienced professionals (currently via marketplace model, the plan is to have a hybrid model.
Our vision is to address the service demands of this unorganized and unaddressed sector by connecting them to professionals with qualified demand. By ensuring on time, quality, and reliable services to this sector we aim to reduce the maintenance "downtime" (planned or unplanned) and thus contribute to the manufacturing output of India's MSME sector. Mid-term target to move this business to an annual recurring revenue model (productizing the services via technology) from Industries basis stickiness and then expand it outside India and make a platform that is scalable.
