1. Manage day-to-day operations and coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate the project.
2. Coordinate with the teams in the field to schedule assessments.
3. Monitor assessment execution.
4. Process results and transmit them to the clients.
5. Manage analytics to measure and enhance performance.
6. Contact potential candidates to inform them about a client hiring using scripts.
7. Work on cold calling, outbound calling, and candidate relation building.
8. Answer questions about products or the company.
9. Maintain call quality standards as per defined matrices.
10. Maintain records of calls and note useful information.
