About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Taking care of service activation & deactivation
2. Tagging tickets to accounts managers
3. Resolving queries & complaints of customers
4. Collecting survey from customers
5.Building a good relationship with existing customers
6. Providing data, MIS reports, analytics to head.
