Support internal partner licensing new product introduction (NPI) needs in the GMT time zones
Work with internal partners to understand the needs, consult with Keysight licensing team as appropriate and recommend solutions
Implement NPI product setup and configuration. Work requires manual data entry or simple to moderate scripting to automate data loads as needed
Monitor the NPI requests queue, assist in prioritizing tasks and manage internal partner expectations
Answer internal support calls and emails in timely and efficient manner
Support each NPI through the entire process.
Collaborate with senior members of the NPI/Support team to facilitate new product configuration, partner testing, and release management
Contribute to process improvement activities
Participate in quality assurance activities including reviews and testing
Clearly communicate progress and status
